Server Rules Context

Since manipulating debounce time provides a direct, hardware-related advantage in achieving abnormally high click speeds, many competitive Minecraft servers (especially in the PvP community) consider setting the debounce time below a certain threshold (very commonly 10ms, sometimes 8ms or 12ms depending on the server) to be a bannable offense. It's often equated to using an unfair hardware advantage or a form of hardware-assisted cheating, similar in principle to using a macro for rapid clicks.
